With nearly four decades of experience, Sam specialises in taxation, and strategic advisory, with strong expertise in SMSFs, estate planning, succession, and exit planning. He has guided clients through tax reform and regulatory change with strategies tailored to their long-term goals. Before joining Collins House in 2010, Sam held senior CFO and General Manager roles in the advertising and engineering sectors, where he drove profitability, negotiated mergers, and implemented succession strategies. As Director at Camcor, he continues to shape the firm’s growth and client-first culture, balancing technical expertise with commercial insight to achieve lasting outcomes.

Nick brings over 35 years of experience in tax advisory, business restructuring, and governance, with a track record of guiding organisations through critical challenges. From helping businesses recover from near liquidation to strengthening structures for long-term stability and supporting entrepreneurs in raising capital, he is known for clear, decisive advice. As founding Partner of Carrington Myers and now Director at Camcor, Nick has been central to the firm’s growth and direction. His leadership extends beyond the firm, including eight years on the Chartered Accountants ANZ Public Practice Panel, where he served as Chair.
Beyond his professional commitments, Nick enjoys cooking, with a particular passion for making traditional Italian salami, and spending time outdoors — a love rooted in his country upbringing.
Sarah oversees the firm’s financial operations and supports a collaborative team culture. Recognised for simplifying complex issues and anticipating challenges, she combines precision with practical thinking to help clients make confident decisions. A steady presence through the firm’s evolution, she provides stability while driving growth and is passionate about building the firm’s future. Adaptable and driven, she thrives on finding solutions that balance clarity with foresight. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling and discovering new experiences.
Nick has been advising clients since 1999, with experience spanning tax advisory, business structures, and compliance. He works closely with small business owners, providing tailored support across SMSFs, trusts, and companies. Entrepreneurs and family groups turn to him for dependable guidance and long-term results. Passionate about mentoring, Nick takes pride in developing younger accountants into future leaders. Away from the office, he enjoys poker and is a lifelong sports fan, especially of footy and basketball.
Yi has been part of the firm since 2013, bringing more than a decade of SMSF expertise. She helps clients maintain compliance while building sustainable superannuation strategies, applying a practical approach to navigate major regulatory reforms. Known for her detail-oriented style, she works closely with clients to adapt strategies to changing circumstances. Yi also volunteers with animal protection groups such as the RSPCA and PETA Australia. Outside work, she enjoys time with animals and supporting causes she cares about.
